Veronica Ward, administrative assistant in the Department of Communications and Public Affairs, was recently recognized by the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP) as the first Canadian graduate of its certificate program in professional administration.

“In my journey of continuous learning, I could not resist challenging myself to complete the Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence,” says Ward, who is a current student in the MA Leadership program.
