Hospitality Services will highlight locally grown food Oct. 9 to 11 in its Creelman Hall, Prairie Hall and University Centre dining facilities.

The University’s food service unit is participating in Farmalicious, an initiative of Guelph Wellington Local Food that features restaurants with menus that present locally grown food. The group works to promote Wellington County food producers, tourism and local food economies.

Daily menus for campus dining facilities are featured on the Hospitality Services Facebook page.

Earlier this year, Hospitality Services was named one of five Ontario Local Foods Champions by the Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation.
